Atul Kavthekar

Atul Kavthekar brings more than three decades of financial, strategic, and operational leadership experience across healthcare, retail, and technology.

He has served as CFO at multiple companies, partnering directly with CEOs and boards on M&A, capital raising, and enterprise strategy, with an investment banking background that sharpens his ability to advise in complex situations.

Atul most recently served as interim CFO at Smile America Partners, where he implemented an AI-centric logistics platform and redesigned physician compensation workflows. Prior to this, he held senior financial roles at P3 Health Partners, EyeCare Partners, Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, LivingSocial and Walgreens, where he helped drive operational growth and efficiencies, and oversaw high-impact M&A and divestiture activity.

Atul holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, and a BS in Engineering Science from the University of Michigan.
