Stacey Culbreath is a strategic executive with more than a decade of operational leadership experience across health systems and telehealth, with a comprehensive background in healthcare and medical operations, virtual care, and provider networks. She has served as LifeMD’s Senior Vice President of Operations & Patient Experience since 2025, where she leads enterprise-wide strategies that enhance patient engagement, clinical and operational excellence, and organizational scalability, aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences. She oversees clinical operations, operations, patient experience, and call center operations.
Stacey joined LifeMD in 2024 as Vice President of Operations, where she oversaw Revenue Cycle Management, Pharmacy Operations, the Project Management Office, and Licensing & Credentialing, partnering across clinical, product, and technology teams to improve financial performance and the patient and provider experience.
Prior to LifeMD, Stacey served as Area Vice President of Operations, East Region at Option Care Health, where she led operations across acute and chronic therapy services for the Eastern U.S., overseeing clinical and pharmacy operations and leading a regional turnaround into one of the company’s top-performing markets. Before that, she was Vice President of Operations at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, where she led hospital-wide operations, including a major surgical services renovation and the health system’s COVID-19 testing and vaccination response. Earlier, as Vice President of Perioperative Services at UCSF Medical Center and in strategy and operations leadership roles at Stanford Health Care, she led supply chain redesign and process standardization initiatives that reduced surgical costs across both institutions.
Stacey holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Mary Washington. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Stacey is passionate about building operations that put patients first, believing that lasting improvements in healthcare come from empowering teams, simplifying processes, and never losing sight of the person on the other end of every interaction.
