As a co-founder of LifeMD, Justin Schreiber has played an essential role in the company’s formation, growth, and development. He has served as CEO and Chairman of the board of directors since 2018.

Justin is an experienced venture investor, and the founder and president of JLS Ventures. He co-founded and currently serves on the board of Quantum Computing Inc. (OTCQB:QUBT), a technology leader for quantum-ready applications and software tools. He previously worked for a global healthcare consulting firm where he gained experience in operations design and effectiveness, efficiency improvements, and supply chain optimization. He began his career at Gain Capital Group, focused on foreign currency trading.

Justin holds a B.S. in International Business from Elizabethtown College and a B.A. in International Management from the ICN École de Management in Nancy, France.

Alexander Mironov

President

Alexander Mironov brings to LifeMD more than 20 years of leadership in corporate and business development, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and operations experience. Having led transactions in the pharmaceutical space totaling over $5 billion in value including M&A, licensing, and equity and debt financings. He has served as LifeMD’s President since 2021.

Alexander previously served as Chief Business Officer for Covis Pharma, a global pharmaceutical company, where he oversaw strategy, business development, M&A, licensing, and Life Cycle Management. At Covis, Mr. Mironov’s contributions directly led to revenues increasing over 10x during his tenure. Earlier, Alexander held similar positions with increased responsibility with public and private equity funded growth oriented companies such as Alvogen, EKR Therapeutics, Esprit Pharma and Valera Pharmaceuticals. Alexander began his career with Pfizer. Alexander holds a BS in Biochemistry from Rutgers University.

Stefan Galluppi

Stefan Galluppi brings to LifeMD more than a decade of experience in building technology platforms for direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns. He has served as LifeMD’s Chief Technology Officer since co-founding the company in 2016.

Stefan previously served as Chief Technology Officer of Runaway Products, a DRTV driven marketing firm with a core focus on building and optimizing systems to scale marketing campaigns for maximum efficiency and profitability. Stefan co-founded NT1, a digital marketing, web development, and design company that built, scaled, and managed a variety of DTC brands. He previously served as a commodities trader at CQR Capital and held Series 3, 63, and 55 licenses.

Brad Roberts

Chief Operating Officer

Brad Roberts brings to Life MD more than 16 years of senior level executive experience founding and operating direct-to-consumer and fintech companies. He has served as LifeMD’s Chief Operating Officer since 2020.

Brad previously served as president at Circadian Funding, a business loan broker for small and medium sized businesses, where he drove the company’s growth to more than $100 million in total funding. Prior to Circadian Funding, he served as COO at Utility Partners of America, a leading provider of project and operational management services for U.S. utilities. After joining the company, he played an instrumental role in laying the foundation and strategy for future growth, including the build-out of a comprehensive call center and forming key industry partnerships.

Brad holds a B.S. in Finance from Stockton University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Principal Accounting Officer

Maria Stan, is an accomplished financial executive with 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, operational advisory, and international relations. She has served as LifeMD's Vice President and Controller since 2021 and as Principal Accounting Officer since 2022.

Prior to joining LifeMD, Maria was a Director in the accounting and advisory practice of Eventus Advisory Group, a Boutique CFO solutions firm focused on structuring financial and accounting processes. Maria served as the Chief Financial Officer of a privately held international hospitality services conglomerate where she oversaw finance, accounting, procurement, and operations. She also held the position of Vice President and Controller for Kaplan North America, a subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company, a NYSE-listed company, with operations in the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia

Maria's career started in public accounting at Ernst & Young where she ascended to Manager. She then moved to KPMG where her ascension continued to Senior Manager in the audit and advisory practice. Maria speaks three languages including English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her B.S. in Accounting from the City University of New York at Brooklyn College.

Marc Benathen brings to LifeMD more than 18 years of financial, strategy, direct-to-consumer, and operating leadership experience. He has served as LifeMD’s Chief Financial Officer since 2021.

Marc previously served as SVP and Chief Financial Officer for Blink Fitness, a national health and wellness brand, where he oversaw Finance, Accounting, Financial Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Member Services. Prior to this, Marc held several senior financial and operating positions with ANN, Inc, the then public company parent of Ann Taylor, LOFT, and Lou & Grey. Earlier in his career, Marc held finance and strategy positions of increasing responsibility across both publicly traded and high growth private equity owned companies.

Marc holds a BBA, Finance (Honors) from Baruch College.

Nicholas Alvarez

Nick Alvarez is an accomplished executive in the digital marketing space, responsible for overseeing LifeMD's customer acquisition efforts, including its advertising strategy and media buying. He has served as LifeMD’s Chief Acquisition Officer since 2018.

Nick previously served as the head media buyer at Cheviot Capital and as a digital marketing specialist at Internet Brands, where he was responsible for brands including Lawyers.com and Carsdirect.com with more than $100 million in paid media budgets. He is a certified Facebook and Google marketing professional.

Nick holds a B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University.

Dennis Wijnker

Dennis has over 20 years of experience in Software Development, filling positions of technical and managerial leadership.

He has extensive experience building web-based and standalone platforms, primarily in the fields of Health Care and Life Sciences. Dennis joins LifeMD from Doctor Evidence where he worked as Senior Architect and Senior Vice President of Technology with various teams to create innovative solutions bringing analytics and insights powered by AI to the field of Evidence-based medicine. He also held leadership positions at Parexel/Perceptive Informatics (now Calyx) where amongst others he developed a web-based fully configurable Electronic Data Capture platform for managing clinical trials that enjoyed wide adoption in the industry. He was also instrumental in introducing and implementing clinical data standards to connect said platform with other technologies used in clinical trials. Prior to focusing on technology, Dennis studied Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences at Leiden University (Leiden, The Netherlands). His hobbies include road biking, travel/adventure with his family and playing the piano.

Eric Yecies

General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Eric Yecies is an accomplished trial and transactional attorney with more than 16 years of experience practicing law in the life sciences space. He has served as LifeMD’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer since 2020.

Eric was previously a partner at Holland & Knight, a top ranked national law firm where he served as a member of the firm's Intellectual Property group and grew its New York IP Group from inception. Eric specializes in patent, trade secret, trademark, false advertising, anti-competitive, counterfeiting, and regulatory cases across a broad range of technical disciplines. Prior to Holland & Knight, Eric was a senior patent litigation associate at Goodwin Procter, where he was responsible for running day-to-day strategy and management of billion-dollar IP cases, as well as negotiating settlement and licensing agreements on behalf of life science companies.

Eric received his Doctor of Law, specializing in intellectual property, from the New York University School of Law. He received his B.A. and M.A. in biology, molecular concentration, from the University of Pennsylvania. He regularly speaks and publishes about intellectual property law.

Mark Josephs

Mark Josephs is an accomplished attorney with more than 20 years of experience in white collar criminal defense and government investigations; health care law, particularly pharmaceutical and medical device enforcement defense, litigation and compliance; commercial litigation; and advertising and marketing statutes and regulations affecting retailers.

Previously, Mr. Josephs spent sixteen years at the United States Department of Justice, where he was first a civil litigator and then a criminal prosecutor of consumer-related fraud. At the Justice Department, Mr. Josephs brought high-profile criminal prosecutions of, and civil enforcement cases against, entities and individuals engaged in health care and financial fraud, including pharmaceutical companies, dietary supplement sellers, and telemarketers. Mr. Josephs’ work at the Justice Department led to record-breaking judgments and awards, and his civil litigation work included a series of complex civil commercial cases that reached the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Josephs received a number of awards during his government service, including the Attorney General’s Award, the highest award offered by the Justice Department. He also served as an instructor in civil and criminal litigation topics at the renowned Justice Department training center.

Immediately following his tenure at the Department of Justice, Mr. Josephs was a partner at the former Edwards Wildman Palmer, where he focused on health care law and white-collar criminal defense. Mr. Josephs also was an associate at a large Washington D.C. litigation firm, and, prior to law school, he served as a legislative assistant to former United States Senator Wyche Fowler, Jr.

Mr. Josephs received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Michigan. He is currently an instructor in White Collar Crime at Boston University Law School.

After working for a large Washington, DC law firm, Mark Josephs spent ten years at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch in Washington, where he worked closely with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in bringing criminal prosecutions and civil enforcement actions involving health care and consumer fraud and statutory violations. While at Consumer Litigation, Mr. Josephs investigated and prosecuted large corporations, including GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer, as well as smaller entities and individuals, and he brought civil enforcement actions in Federal courts throughout the nation. Mr. Josephs received numerous awards for his work, including the highest Department of Justice honor and outstanding performance awards from FDA and FTC. He left the Consumer Protection Branch as Assistant Director to relocate to the Boston area for personal reasons.

Mr. Josephs has been in private practice in Boston since leaving the Government, performing advertising, marketing, and health care regulatory compliance, criminal defense, and civil litigation. He also has taught at Boston University School of Law and in National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) programs, after previously serving as an instructor at the Justice Department’s National Advocacy Center and the George Washington University National Law Center while serving in the Government. Mr. Josephs graduated from the University of Michigan and the Northwestern University School of Law.

James Porte

James Porte brings to Life MD over 15 years of experience in sales and call center operations.

James previously served as General Manager of Sales and Customer Retention at DISH Network where he built a successful team of sales professionals focused on increasing customer retention. He was part of a team that built DISH's retention department from the ground up leading them to a best in class JD Power award in customer service.

James holds a B.S. in Business and Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.

Dr. Anthony Puopolo

Anthony Puopolo, MD brings to LifeMD more than 20 years of executive and professional healthcare experience, including serving in senior leadership positions at several medical institutions and organizations. He has served as LifeMD’s Chief Medical Officer since 2021.

Dr. Anthony most recently served as the regional medical director for SwiftMD, which provides personalized telemedicine services to individuals, groups, and employers. Dr. Puopolo founded Integrative Wellness Medical Group where he specialized in wellness coaching, pharmacological management, and psychotherapy. He previously served as a physician at Sharp Rees Stealy Medical Group. Dr. Anthony earlier served in several positions at 121 General Hospital in South Korea, including chief of inpatient psychiatric ward, medical director of its alcohol treatment center, and family practice staff physician. As an Army Major, he served as the chief psychiatrist and officer-in-charge at the U.S. Army’s Camp Casey Troop Medical Clinic in South Korea, which provided mental health services to the 2nd Infantry Division.

Dr. Anthony earned his B.A. in Biology from Tufts University, M.A. in Biology from Boston University, and Doctor of Medicine from the Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Tripler Army Medical Center. Dr. Puopolo completed an intensive wellness fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. Dr. Puopolo is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA).

Tameca Brown is an experienced HR Leader with more than 15 years of experience in various industries such as Telecommunications, Financial, and Power Services. Tameca understands the way businesses operates is rapidly changing, therefore requires to put people first improving employee engagement, development, and retention. Tameca joined LifeMD as Vice President of Human Resources in 2022.

Tameca was previously an Enterprise HR Leader at TD Bank, top 10 bank, where she served as a Senior HR Business Partner in Canada and US for Corporate Control Function supporting executives across Legal, Anti-Money Laundering, Global Security Investigations, Fraud Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, and Digital IT Shared Services. Prior to TD, Tameca was a HR Manager at GE Power, where she oversaw and managed organizational transformation within Power Services engineering.

Tameca received her Dual Masters of HR Management and Development, from Webster University. She received her Business Administration Degree, concentration in Accounting, from University of South Carolina, Upstate. Tameca continues to give back to her community and mentors HR Talent across the country.

Bryant Hussey brings to LifeMD more than 20 years of executive experience at direct-to-consumer and eCommerce companies and has served as LifeMD’s Chief Digital Officer since 2021.

Bryant previously served as Chief Digital Officer at Advanced Vita Supplements (AVS), a direct response nutraceutical company and an official global licensee of Playboy Enterprise’s sexual wellness supplements. Prior to AVS, Bryant was vice president of Atlantic Coast Brands, an ‘Inc. 500’ omni-channel international beauty company where he led the company’s digital marketing campaigns for its women’s hair regrowth systems.

Bryant received a B.A. in Economics at Saint Peter’s University and completed professional studies programs in Integrated Marketing at New York University. He is a certified Google Advertising Professional and regularly speaks at lead-generation and performance marketing events, including LeadsCon and Affiliate Summit.

John Strawn brings to the LifeMD board more than 25 years of legal experience, including extensive knowledge and understanding of the company’s intellectual property portfolio. He has successfully represented his practice for over 10 years, focusing on commercial litigation and disputes over the IP ownership and patent licensing. John is a founding partner of Strawn Pickens and was the co-managing partner of Cruse Scott Henderson & Allen, both based in Houston, Texas. John received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.

Dr. Joseph DiTrolio is a recognized inventor, researcher, lecturer and clinical professor of urology at UMDNJ. He is a clinical professor of surgery in the Urology division at New Jersey Medical School and the holder of several surgical-related patents. He also serves on the board of Stone Center of New Jersey. Dr. DiTrilio earlier served as the medical director of Unitron Medical Communications and chairman of the urology department at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. He received undergraduate degrees from the University of Richmond and Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, and his doctorate from New Jersey Medical School.

Naveen Bhatia

Director

Naveen Bhatia is a private investor. From 2013 to 2020, he was a Senior Director in the Tactical Opportunities Group of Blackstone, a leading global investment business specializing in alternative asset classes.

Before joining Blackstone, Naveen was a Managing Director at 40 North Industries LLC, a private investment firm where he focused on special situations equity and debt investments, both public and private. Prior to 40 North, he was a Principal at a family office in New York. From 2003 to 2008, Naveen was a Co-Founder and Partner of Eagle Lake Capital LLC, a private investment partnership focused on fundamental, value investing across the capital structure. He started his career as a member of the Restructuring Group at Rothschild.

Naveen received a BA in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University. He has served as a director of various public and private companies, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Blue Yonder, EquipmentShare, RG Barry, and CRG Financial. From 2010-2019, Naveen served as Chairman of the Board of Cotton Holdings, a leading global infrastructure support services company. He was also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School and taught Applied Security Analysis I & II for eight years.

Bertrand Velge has more than 25 years’ experience in multi-disciplinary, early-stage venture investing in the mining, technology, and healthcare sectors. He has served as a director of several family-owned companies involved in the wine, logistics, industrial, and financial industries in Belgium, France and the UK. Bertrand is also a managing director and co-founder of a family office that trades IPOs, equities, and forex securities.

Bertrand’s undergraduate business and managerial economics studies were completed at the Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium's largest French-speaking university.

Roberto Simon

A seasoned, global executive, Roberto Simon has held several senior leadership roles over the last 19 years, where he has managed the organic and acquisitive growth for large, international firms operating across the Americas, Europe and Africa. He currently serves as CFO of WEX (NYSE:WEX), a $6+ billion fintech services provider. He previously served as CFO of Revlon (NYSE:REV), overseeing the global finance and IT operations of the top beauty brand as it grew to nearly $2 billion in annual sales. Prior to Revlon, Roberto served as CFO of The Colomer Group, a private equity-owned beauty care company with $600 million in annual revenue. He was responsible for Colomer's SAP, finance operations, integrations, acquisitions and divestments. He led the sale of Colomer to Revlon and the integration of its financial and IT operations post-merger.

Roberto holds bachelor's degrees in business administration and an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
